Assessment services—an assortment of instruments to enhance self-awareness, an essential step in improving executive effectiveness. The proper selection of assessments and professional feedback routinely takes clients to a level of self-understanding never before experienced—an outstanding foundation for executive coaching.

The basic assessment package includes:

1. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)*
2. Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation - Behavior (FIRO-B)*
3. DISC (TTI) profile, PIAV, etc.**
4. California Psychological Inventory (CPI)*
